Venue Rental at The Granada LA

The Granada LA is a stunning four-story venue, originally built in the 1930s, retaining its elegant and timeless décor. Our facility offers multiple ballrooms and dance floors, making it the perfect setting for a variety of events, including:

  • Quinceañeras
  • Wedding Receptions & Ceremonies
  • Corporate Conferences & Meetings
  • TV & Movie Filming (Interior & Exterior Rentals Available)

Event Spaces & Capacity

  • Main Floor with Mezzanine: Accommodates up to 200 seated guests with a dance floor.
  • Third Floor Ballroom: Accommodates up to 100 seated guests with a dance floor.
    (Maximum room capacity may be higher for non-seated events.)

Availability

  • Open year-round: Sunday – Thursday, 10 AM – 2 AM
  • Not regularly available on Fridays & Saturdays

Catering & Beverage Policy

  • Catering provided by The Granada LA Restaurant & Bar
    choose from our curated Wedding, Quinceañera & Banquet packages.
  • Outside catering permitted with fully licensed caterers
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted, except for wine/champagne (corkage fee applies).
  • Food & beverage minimums vary based on the day and time of the event.

Event Decoration & Planning Services

  • Full decor set up package available
  • All decor and planning provide by client or outside vendor with Venue providing Hall rental available only
  • Additional equipment & extras available upon request (extra charges apply).

Music & Entertainment

  • DJ and live music setup options available.
  • DJ’s and Bands available for hire
  • Professional dance shows available for hire

Payment & Fees

  • $500 Booking Fee due upon signing (non-refundable unless venue cancels)
  • 50% of total payment due 4 weeks before the event.
  • Full payment required 7 days prior to the event.
  • Pre payments can be made for event leading up to event
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, Zelle, or cash.
  • Any additional charges must be settled at the end of the event.

Taxes & Gratuities

  • A 10.75% sales tax and 22% gratuity apply to all packages and rentals.

Parking

  • Free parking available around the building, including a large parking structure across the street.
